Dr. Chris Cox is passionate about helping people connect with the world around them through better hearing. He has spent his career helping to improve awareness for hearing health, supporting fellow audiologists through patient-centered training, and coaching audiology students on becoming the best professionals they can be.
He received his Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of North Texas in 2011 and spent his residency serving our veterans at the Dallas VA Medical Center. Dr. Cox soon after made a move to the Pacific Northwest and fell in love with the area. He has made his home here over the past few years and is excited to serve the communities in SW Washington.
Dr. Cox is currently a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), is a member of the Washington State Academy of Audiology, and holds certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). He is a past national board member of the Student Academy of Audiology and currently serves as a committee member for the New Professionals Committee at AAA.
Chris has had the privilege of doing humanitarian work over the years serving the people of Honduras and Mexico; working with a team to help fit over 2000 people with hearing devices that might not otherwise have access to hearing care.
When not in the office, Dr. Cox enjoys spending time with his wife and children exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest, traveling, and finding great places to eat.
